Multisert Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Setup
- Set up and operate various profiles on the Multisert machine efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
- Perform routine operator-level maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
- Monitor and manage spare parts and consumables inventory to avoid downtime.
- Promptly report any damaged or malfunctioning parts to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the Multisert Bay area.
- Ensure glue detection systems are active and functioning correctly to identify missing glue.
- Verify that stack height detection is operational to catch any missing or extra leaflets.
- Confirm that code detectionis enabled on every feeder
- The machine must reject unreadable codes.
- The machine must stop immediately if an incorrect code is detected.
- Monitor the reject gate to ensure it is effectively removing all non-compliant products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Mid-level computer literacy – ability to navigate machine interfaces, input data, and troubleshoot basic software-related issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
