We need the best maintenance team in the business to help us keep our paper and packaging machines in top notch condition. If you have industrial experience or want to move over to industrial work, we want to speak with you.
As a Member Of Our Maintenance Team You Will:
- Keep yourself, our team and the community safe when you adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in our safety program.
- Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently so our world class production team can do their job.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems.
- Have access to all the training necessary to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenance.
- Work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work weekends & overtime.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work on a team.
- A love for troubleshooting complicated machinery.
- Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills.
- One to three years of experience in Maintenance with the skills to work in an industrial environment.
- Electrical experience highly valued as is corrugated packaging experience.
- Professional license(s), licensure premiums may apply.

The starting rate for this position is $36.19/hr depending on your role, level and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentives, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience and education.
