Smurfit Westrock is currently seeking a maintenance worker. The maintenance worker is responsible for cleaning production lines when they are stopped and performing various tasks related to the maintenance of the premises in accordance with established policies and procedures, in addition to inspecting boxes.
The main functions of this position include:
- Cleaning various production equipment;
- Inspecting boxes to ensure compliance;
- Performing any other tasks related to the position.
Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset. The candidate must be detail-oriented, autonomous, and reliable.
The work schedule for this position is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for one month, then Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for one month, and so on. The schedule consists of 36 hours worked, paid as 40 hours.
Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
