About the Role
- Manage customer accounts from order processing to delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with Operations, Finance and Procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide reports and analysis on account status.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales and opportunities.
