Permanent Role ~£26k pa – rising to £32k pa after completion of training ~ Average yearly salary £38k - £43k (including bonus and enhancements) ~ Quarterly Bonus Scheme averaging £500-£2,000 per quarter ~ £60 per night working away) ~ Fully equipped vehicle, branded work wear, tools, PPE ~ Clear career progression with further training and development opportunities ~ All travel expenses and accommodation provided ~ Up to 33 days holiday including bank holidays based on length of service ~ Company pension scheme.

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit a Field Service Technician to work for our client based in Northumberland. Our client supports a wide array of sectors and due to unprecedented growth and company development, they are seeking a service technician to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working away from home throughout the week; and alongside an established team to further support our client’s ever-expanding strong customer base.

  • Working away from home throughout the UK Monday-Friday (Typically leaving Monday morning, returning Friday afternoon)
  • Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance routines
  • Deliver first-class customer service
  • The majority of your working week will be lone working, occasionally working a 2-man team
  • Full product training will be provided
  • Mechanically minded, proven ability in problem solving and electrical fault finding
  • CSCS Card and PASMA Desirable – Or a willingness to achieve these within the probation period, studying in your own time
  • A good level of computer literacy, used to software apps and related smart phone/hand-held technologies
  • All employees must hold a valid UK driving licence and are subject to DBS and reference checks
