The business supplies into the packaging supply chain and produces over 300 million units, making them a key player within their sector. The Role
As a Machine Operative, you will play an important part in the production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, checking finished products and making sure all goods meet quality standards before they are packed and sent out.
Your duties will include:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
- Identifying and reporting any defects or issues
- Packing finished goods in a fast-paced production environment
- Lifting and handling stock as part of the production process
- Completing basic production paperwork
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
