THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Burn Table Operator to work for our client in the Sunderland area. This role enables the successful Burn Operative to join a forward-thinking organisation who is growing rapidly via acquisition and via accessing new markets.
THE ROLE
- Operate burn tables to cut shapes from metal sheets
- Check the quality of the cut pieces
- Load and unload the tables
- Adjust the settings on the tables to achieve the desired results
THE PERSON
- Ability to safely operate burn table machinery
- Knowledge of burn table processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
- Hold a valid UK Driving License
