The company is growing and actively recruiting, allowing for guaranteed shifts, permanent contracts and more hires in the next few months. You will receive training on a day shift and then be allocated a 3-shift rotation: Days, Twilights and Nights.
£14.57 per hour, 37 hours per week. Excellent work-life balance with days off. 3-shift rotation: 7 am-3 pm / 3 pm-11 pm / 11 pm-7 am. Must hold a valid UK driving licence to travel over a main road from the production to the warehouse.

The Benton-based site is part of a great team delivering high service levels in a fast-paced environment.
The position is a Fork Lift Truck driver. You will operate a Counter-Balance Fork Lift Truck and complete a range of tasks around the site:
- Move goods around the factory and organise them as required.
- Carry out yard duties such as unloading or loading trucks.
- Complete relevant paperwork in accordance with the business SOPs.
- Follow company processes and procedures at all times, keeping in line with current Health & Safety policies.
- Perform manual handling of heavy goods.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping as needed.
- Work as part of a team focused on achieving business goals.
You will demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and be punctual, reliable, with a strong work ethic and mature approach. You will also need to have a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence required.
- Experience operating an FLT within a warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to undertake additional duties such as heavy manual handling and factory tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and skills.
- Strong work ethic and mature approach to duties.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Valid UK driving licence.
