THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit multiple Operatives for our client based in Tanfield. Our client is a nationwide manufacturer who has been operating since 2016. The business supplies to the packaging supply chain and is making over 300 million units. They are a forward-thinking, family-owned business who are constantly innovating and aiming to be a market leader in the industry. The organisation provides a strong network of training and support. They will work with you to develop your skill set and competency.
THE ROLE
- Packing goods in a fast‑paced production environment
- Physical activity including lifting and handling stock
- Operating a machine
- Quality checking items ensuring there are no defects
- Completing paperwork
THE PERSON
- You will be physically fit and able to lift and handle stock.
- Experience packing in a manufacturing environment.
- Flexible to undertake additional duties to support business demands.
