The Role

As a Machine Operative, you will play an important part in the production process. You will be responsible for:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
  • Identifying and reporting any defects or issues
  • Packing finished goods in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Lifting and handling stock as part of the production process
  • Completing basic production paperwork
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
