Secretary/Receptionist Opportunity! This role is to office based in Sunderland! WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? Salary package of Circa Β£24k base per annum Bonus structure applicable 35 hour working weeks! My client has a great team, full of polite and courteous individuals. THE ROLE Quotations preparation (Typing up). General receptionist duties. Completing orders and delivery notes (Typing up). Dealing with incoming transport goods (Typing up). Answering inbound telephone calls Liaising with transport companies to arrange transportation Being the face and voice of the business upon arrival of clients and customers. THE PERSON Previous administrative/secretarial/receptionist experience. Comfortable dealing with customers/clients. Can reliably commute to Sunderland Excellent communication skills Comfortable customer facing. Any experience of working within an engineering business would be a bonus!
