THE ROLE Carry out the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of rotating equipment, with a primary focus on pumps Diagnose faults and identify root causes of equipment issues to support effective repairs Work to agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and relevant industry standards Assist in compiling detailed service and inspection reports for customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes Contribute to a busy service department handling a wide range of equipment from a global customer base Participate in team-based and cross-functional activities as required THE PERSON Time-served fitter or engineer with relevant industry experience Proven background in the servicing, assembly, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment Flexible approach to work, with willingness to support overtime when needed Reliable, honest, and committed to delivering high-quality work Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude TO APPLY Please send your updated CV to Harry Mann or apply direct by calling Westray Recruitment Group
