THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative to work for our client based in Northumberland. Your role will involve undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

THE ROLE
As a Multi Skilled Operative, your role will involve undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
THE PERSON
- NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards
- On-Site training, approximately 2 years
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
Please note you will be required to drive for business, which is a requirement of the role. You will need to hold a current and valid driving licence.
