£28,851.00 per annum. OTE circa £31,000 per annum (including standby payments)
Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions to 31st March
37 per week, Monday to Friday
Ashington location – however field based
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit a Skilled Labourer to work in a field service capcity across the North East for our client based in Ashington.
Our client provides excellent housing and services throughout the North East. They are one of the country’s leading housing providers.

THE ROLE
Assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service
THE PERSON
Required to have good general trade skills
CSCS card as appropriate to the role
Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
To understand risk assessments
Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
Please note you will be required to drive for business, this forms a requirement of the role.You will be required to hold a current and valid driving licence
