Westray Recruitment Group is seeking a Recruitment Resource/Administrator to join our team at the Team Valley head office in Gateshead.
You will deliver admin support and customer service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced industrial recruitment desk.
You will source and shortlist candidates, maintain records in the CRM, support compliance checks, and respond quickly to client needs, including last-minute staffing requests.
On-call duties apply roughly one week in four.
