The Role
- Following SOPs to ensure that products are manufactured to the specifications outlined in documented standards.
- Ensuring safe and efficient machine changeovers.
- Monitoring and controlling yields, stock, and ingredients within your work area to optimise production and minimise waste.
- Operating computerised process control systems such as MES, HMI, and PLCs.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency throughout all tasks.
The Person
- Demonstrable experience in food or FMCG production environments.
- Strong knowledge and experience in operating computerised process control systems, including MES, HMI, and PLCs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
