Administrator Opportunity! This role is office based in Stanley for a fabulous SME! This is a newly created position!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Basic Salary £28-£32k per annum depending on experience. Equivalent of £15.38 - £17.58 per hour DOE.
  • Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays
  • 35 hour working weeks.
  • Pension Government standard pension
  • Hours of work 9-5 Monday to Friday
  • Office based position in Jarrow
  • Really relaxed atmosphere with a very strong SME culture

THE BUSINESS

Our client is a fantastic SME with a brilliant reputation. They specialise within the Manufacturing industry and are seeking to appoint an Administrator to assist with managing documentation and compliance files.

THE ROLE

  • Supply chain information grabbing, contacting clients to remain compliant with projects.
  • Creating a database, ie a document management system
  • Helping engineers with compliance documents, ensuring everything is documented and registered correctly
  • Reviewing standards, looking at industry changes and helping business remain compliant
  • Product support, working with engineers and wider team to keep on top of files and compliance
  • General administration, including data sheets
  • Assisting with internal audits in terms of documentation
  • Working with all suppliers, customers and internal colleagues.
  • This role will involve phone work and very occasional teams calls work, mainly to gain information from clients and customers.

THE PERSON

  • Attention to detail
  • Technical administration experience
  • Some form of compliance experience would be very beneficial
  • Happy to make phone calls as and when required to gain information from clients
  • Very comfortable working with data
  • Can easily commute to Stanley 5 days per week
  • Willingness to be trained and learn the industry standards
