Now’s your chance to join our world‑class Component Rebuild Centre as a Plant Mechanic, where you’ll work with cutting‑edge equipment, iconic Caterpillar machines, and a team dedicated to excellence.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Powertrain – Transmissions team, you’ll be hands‑on with the rebuild, repair and assembly of major Caterpillar components—such as transmissions and torque converters. Every day brings something new, and your craftsmanship will directly support Australia’s mining and construction industries.
Your Roster
- Monday to Friday
- 10.5‑hour days
Skills and Experience:
- Caterpillar or dealership experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Component rebuild experience—a major plus!
- Confidence to work autonomously and communicate clearly
- Familiarity with JSA, Take 5s and other safety tools
- Dogging and forklift tickets (or willingness to obtain)
