Reporting to the RTO Manager, the L&D Coordinator will join our Training & Development Department on a full-time basis at our WesTrac Institute in South Guildford.

This role involves providing administrative support to our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to frontline requests and queries related to RTO and Apprenticeship training
  • Provide solutions and advice around student support and progress
  • Monitor and action the RTO inbox promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain training and assessment resources and documentation to meet regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations
  • Experience using a Training Management System and working within an RTO/training environment
  • Ability to provide administrative support while offering leadership guidance
  • Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and process tracking
