Location: South Guildford

Roster: Mon - Fri 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning key parts inventory reconciliations and supporting month‑end close activities
  • Analysing inventory movements, adjustments and transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Investigating variances between source systems (DBS) and SAP and driving timely resolution
  • Preparing insightful mid‑month and month‑end reports to support finance and operational stakeholders
  • Partnering with operational teams to strengthen data quality and financial controls
  • Responding to and resolving inventory and finance help desk queries
  • Maintaining clear process documentation and supporting audit readiness
  • Contributing to process improvements across Finance Operations

What you’ll bring:

You’re curious, analytical and highly organised. You enjoy working with large data sets, understanding how transactions flow through systems and working with others to resolve issues. You’ll also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting, including time in a large or complex organisation
  • Experience in internal and/or external audit environments
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong reconciliation and data analysis capability
  • Experience with Power BI or reporting tools (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

What’s in it for you?

  • Exposure to large‑scale inventory and finance operations
  • Challenging work that goes beyond transactional accounting
