We are on the look out for a proactive, detail oriented Administrator to join our Plant team, based at our Head Office in Redditch, Worcestershire. The objective is for you to assist the Plant Department in delivering an accurate flow of administrative information onto the system. Your aim initially will be to take on day-to-day administrative operations within the Plant team, learning on the job from the Head of Plant and Plant Co-Ordinator. We have a wealth of knowledge for you to learn from, across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Raising/assisting with purchase order processing for consumables and small plant.
- Communicating such orders to site management and Commercial.
- Point of contact in the office for site requirements to help assist a smooth workflow.
- Help maintain and manage an accurate contract management system.
- Invoice approvals.
- Maintenance of digital and physical filing systems.
- Providing general administrative support to department.
- Proactively manage hire requirements to prevent downtime or site delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary hire spend.
Skills/Experience:
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
