- Oversee projects – Multiple projects from pre-start to completion.
- Project programmes – Produce programmes for each project team and commercial team.
- Client relations - You serve as a key point of contact client interface reporting regular progress reports and building a strong working relationship.
- Team leadership – To develop the regional Contracts Manager and construction team.
- Performance management – Set realistic objectives for your teams, evaluate their performance and encourage engagement and improvements.
- Hiring and management – Responsible for hiring and managing site teams including subcontractors.
- Quality standards – Encourage improvement on quality standards across all construction activities, visiting sites regularly to make sure high standards are maintained.
- Health and safety – Ensure all sites are compliant with our company policy and procedures and actively promoting safe working practices in tandem with the H&S Director and his team.
