Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development, leadership, and performance of your branch.
- Build strong relationships both inside and outside the bank, helping drive business success and customer loyalty.
- Play a key role in shaping how we connect — through our spaces, technology, and capability — to deliver outstanding experiences for customers, staff, business partners, and the wider community.
- Lead a diverse team of Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives, supporting them to meet every customer’s needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth.
Qualifications
- Proven recent experience as a successful leader.
- Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change.
- Strong commitment to coaching and developing others.
- Solid understanding of the local area (desired).
- Tertiary qualification in Business (preferred).
- FA qualification (desired).
