We are seeking a Lending Support Specialist to join our Lending Services & Securitisation team, supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and customerâcentred lending outcomes across the bank. As a Lending Support Specialist, you will provide highâquality operational support to frontline and internal teams across the endâtoâend lending journey. Working within a collaborative, teamâbased operating model, you will support Consumer, Business, AgriâBusiness and Corporate lending activity, including securitisation, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with policy, regulatory, and risk requirements.
This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. The role is accountable for progressing lending activities with accuracy and efficiency to support positive customer outcomes, while providing operational support across a range of lending products and channels. It requires the consistent maintenance of high standards of data integrity, quality, and rightâfirstâtime processing, alongside the application of risk, compliance, and delegated authority requirements. The role operates with flexibility across tasks and priorities to support team capacity and collective outcomes, contributes to a respectful, inclusive, and adaptable team environment, and actively identifies and shares opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and ways of working.
