The Role

  • Drive distribution, visibility and advocacy of Westons brands across key on trade accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with RTMs, field sales teams and regional customers.
  • Secure new listings while protecting and enhancing existing distribution.
  • Ensure outlets have the right POS, equipment and support to showcase the range brilliantly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver against sales, revenue and profit targets.

The Person

  • Drinks industry experience, ideally with on trade exposure.
  • Confident, personable and commercially sharp.
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally.
  • Organised, proactive and results focused with a positive, 'can do' approach.
  • Thrives in a field based role and enjoys being out in trade.
