We are an intimate and friendly Casino right in the heart of London's Leicester Square and now looking for a Head Chef.

Our steakhouse restaurant is equipped with the latest equipment for live fire cooking, including a high-tech Charcoal grill, Mangal and much more.

There is a team of 7 Chefs plus KPs, everything is prepared from fresh seasonal produce and we use only high-grade meat/steaks.
