We are a top high-end restaurant-based in Knightsbridge, Central London, and are now looking for a Chef de Partie. We produce refined and elevated Japanese cuisine with Modern European influences, using British seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

A Chef de Partie with previous experience in fine dining, AA rosettes or Michelin standard restaurants is required. Training will be given.
