Your Responsibilities Managing Service: Leading from the front to ensure seamless, high-energy service. Team Leadership: Running the line and managing a 5-chef brigade. Kitchen Standards: Ensuring complete compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations. Focus on Food: Keeping the kitchen organised, clean, and efficient so the food shines.
