We are a high-end 3AA Gastro Pub, based in Oxshott in Surrey and now looking for a Sous / Senior Sous Chef.
Who we are: The 3AA gastro pub is well connected and just a stone's throw from London Waterloo or Clapham Junction. We serve Modern Seasonal British Cuisine, and the kitchen is led by an inspiring Head Chef. We have a team of 7 Chefs, and we can seat 80 covers in the restaurant, 80/100 in our newly refurbished Garden and 30 in the bar.
What we are looking for: We are now looking for a Sous Chef who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment. The Sous Chef will have attention to detail, be creative and a team player. The ideal Sous Chef must be able to run the operation in the Head Chef's absence, have experience in a similar role and be able to manage a team of 7/8 chefs.
