Our client an independent modern European restaurant with a bar & and a large private dining room is now looking for a Sous Chef.
The restaurant is located between Hackney & Bethnal Green, and only open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and Brunch Saturday and Sunday.
There is an open kitchen, the last order is at 10.00pm and 48 working hours per week.
