We are looking for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef and for a premium, high-volume contract catering site in Acton Central.
The
Business: We are a high-end contract catering operation and delivering restaurant-quality food at scale.
We are based 10 minutes from Acton Central, and we cater meals for fashion shoots and high-end office spaces.
There is a small permanent team of 2-3 chefs, part time chefs depending on the events.
The site operates 7 days per week and the hours of work are 6.00/7.00 am to 2.00/3.00 pm.
What we offer the Junior Sous or Sous Chef : The ideal Chef de Partie will receive an annual salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per year.
