We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group currently looking for an experienced Senior Baker or Baker Sous Chef to work in our production Bakery located in Wandsworth (SW8). The ideal candidate will be working in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Bakery Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start. The hours of work are 9.00am to 7.00pm and there is a team of 9 Bakers.
The ideal Senior Baker or Baker Sous Chef must have:
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
- Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven
- Ability to support the Head Baker and Bakery team in the day-to-day baking operations
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
What's on offer for the Baker Sous Chef:
Annual salary of £45,000 per year plus a 20% bonus equivalent to £9,000.
