About the Role: We are urgently seeking a reliable and skilled Night Chef to join the team at a prestigious, high-end production kitchen. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a focused chef who thrives in a premium food production environment during the quiet night hours.
What Youll Do: Prepare sausage rolls
Cold Kitchen Support: Assist with larder prep, salads, and cold section production.
Night Operations: Work efficiently from 10 PM to 6 AM to ensure morning stock is fully ready.
Hygiene Standards: Maintain an immaculate workstation, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For: Previous experience as a Line Chef, Prep Chef, or Baker in a professional kitchen.
Strong pastry handling skills (experience shaping/filling pastry items is highly valued).
Absolute reliabilityyou must be able to commit to night shifts and arrive strictly on time.
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Immediate availability: You must be free to attend a paid morning training shift tomorrow before moving onto the night rota.
