We are a well-established, independently owned restaurant group looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager wanting to step up. The Restaurant Manager role is for our recently opened Covent Garden operation, serving Vietnamese cuisine. We also have a well-established restaurant in Hong Kong with a strong reputation and clientele.

This is a 75-seat restaurant, and the team includes 4 permanent and 6 part-time front of house staff, with 5 of them on duty at any one time.

What we are looking for:

  • A Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager with a proven experience (min 3 years) from independent, quality-led London restaurants.
  • A Restaurant Manager that wants a new challenge with a new concept and brand.
  • Hands-on and reliable Restaurant Manager with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
  • Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven individual.

What we offer the Restaurant Manager:

  • An annual salary of £50,000 per year.
  • Immediate start if needed.
  • 45/48 working hours per week, finishing no later than 10/11pm.
  • Supportive Senior Management team.
