We are a well-established, independently owned restaurant group looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager wanting to step up. The Restaurant Manager role is for our recently opened Covent Garden operation, serving Vietnamese cuisine. We also have a well-established restaurant in Hong Kong with a strong reputation and clientele.
This is a 75-seat restaurant, and the team includes 4 permanent and 6 part-time front of house staff, with 5 of them on duty at any one time.
What we are looking for:
- A Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager with a proven experience (min 3 years) from independent, quality-led London restaurants.
- A Restaurant Manager that wants a new challenge with a new concept and brand.
- Hands-on and reliable Restaurant Manager with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
- Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven individual.
What we offer the Restaurant Manager:
- An annual salary of £50,000 per year.
- Immediate start if needed.
- 45/48 working hours per week, finishing no later than 10/11pm.
