We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group currently looking for an experienced Pastry Head Chef to take charge of the club's 2 fine dining restaurants. The ideal Pastry Head Chef will be working in a well-equipped Pastry Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start.
The ideal Pastry Head Chef must have:
- Experience in high-end, AA restaurants or Michelin Pastry Kitchens
- Experience in Pastry menu design and able to lead the Pastry team during service
- Attention to detail and strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
What's on offer for the Pastry Head Chef:
- Annual salary between £55,000 and £60,000 per year
- The Club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas
- 48 working hours per week
- Provided free of charge with uniform and safety shoes
