We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie Baker to work in our production kitchen located in Wandsworth Road near the Battersea Park Power Station. The ideal Chef de Partie Baker will be working in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start. Currently working night shifts but soon moving to two later shifts: one starting at 3am and one at 7am. It is essential the Chef de Partie Baker can travel to and from Wandsworth Road (SW8). If in need of parking, it is available and free of charge.
The ideal Chef de Partie Baker:
- Must have strong knowledge of bread shaping and baking
- Experience in a similar role
- Support the Bakery team in the day-to-day baking operations
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
