We are a high-end 3AA Gastro Pub, based in Oxshott in Surrey and now looking for a Sous / Senior Sous Chef. The 3AA gastro pub is well connected and just a stone's throw from London Waterloo or Clapham Junction. We serve Modern Seasonal British Cuisine, and the kitchen is led by an inspiring Head Chef. We have a team of 7 Chefs, and we can seat 80 covers in the restaurant, 80/100 in our newly renovated area.
