We are a small 30 cover restaurant with an open kitchen and kitchen counter dining looking for a Head Chef. The team is small, and the Head Chef is expected to be highly involved in the daily operations, prep and service.
For the role, we are considering either a Sous Chef wanting to move up and progress or a Head Chef. The ideal Head Chef or Sous Chef must have previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant. We are serving Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese influence. We only use premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented.
The Head Chef role is available for an immediate start, and you need to make sure you can travel to and from Dulston Junction area in East London.
