We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, who will join our professional Kitchen team in Notting Hill (West London). This is an independent restaurant that serves modern Greek/Mediterranean cuisine, with some dishes prepared over charcoal and grill. Everything is prepared from fresh and only seasonal ingredients are used.

There is a supportive kitchen team of 4-5 Chefs, and we are looking for a Chef de Partie with knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean food, who is committed and has experience working in small restaurant operations. It is essential that the Chef de Partie has also worked in small kitchen teams and has a calm personality.

We are open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, and on average we have 100-160 covers throughout the day. The working rota is prepared 1 month in advance, and the last order in the evening is at 9.45pm. The shifts are Tuesday to Thursday from 10am, and Friday to Sunday from 8am. Monday is closed.

Salary up to £39,000 per year, with a 48-hour working week over 5 days and 2 days off per week. The kitchen and restaurant are well managed, providing opportunities for development and progression with an excellent management team.
