We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and hardworking Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef, who will join our clients operation based in Notting Hill in West London. The restaurant specializes in modern fine Italian cuisine, and everything is made from fresh. This is a busy and upmarket operation, and extremely popular with the local clientele.
The Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team and an experienced, hands-on, award-winning Head Chef to work with and learn from. The Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef role is for an immediate start.
The Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will receive:
- A salary of £55,000 per year and negotiable
- 48 hours per week and over 5 days
- 2 days off per week
