The ideal candidate for the Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager is someone with previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Head Waiter/Head Waitress or Floor Supervisor.

The Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager role is for:

An immediate start

Salary between £32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience

48 hours working week.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang, Head Waiter/Head Waitress or Floor Supervisor with hunger for development.

The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager to guide our Front of House team, leading by example and to inspire a strong work ethic and great customer service

2 days off, 7 shifts per week over 5 days, and the restaurant is closed on Sunday for dinner and Monday for lunch service. Its also closed during bank holidays
