Job Description
Our client, a restaurant & delicatessen based in Marylebone W1U, is now looking for a Chef de Partie looking to step up or a Junior Sous Chef.
The Chef de Partie or JuniorSous Chef must have good experience of classic French and Italian cooking.
Everything is prepared in house, and only the finest imported ingredients from the UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Greece are used.
There is a friendly and supportive kitchen team, 45 working hours per week, and the Chef de Partie or JuniorSous Chef will only work day shifts and from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
The role is for an immediate start and is ideal for a Chef de Partie or JuniorSous Chef passionate about cooking but wants also work sociable hours.
There is a changing menu including weekly specials (Meat / Fish and or vegetarian dishes) and daily soup, salads, sandwiches and other light meals.
The Chef de Partie or JuniorSous Chef will receive:
Annual salary of £40,000 per year (£17.09 per hour)
45 hours per week.
Overtime paid
If working after 10.00pm you will be paid 1 & time the hourly rate.
Immediate start
