Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Estimator to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive and commercially sound pricing submissions across a diverse range of public sector, social housing, commercial and insurance-related projects. xgikmsk
Working closely with operational teams, supply chain partners and senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in securing new business and ensuring contracts are tendered profitably and sustainably.
Typical Project Bids Include;
- Responsive repairs and maintenance contracts
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Void property refurbishment contracts
- Housing adaptations and DFG works
- Damp, mould and condensation remediation
- Housing disrepair projects
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
- Retrofit and decarbonisation projects
- Domestic and Commercial Extensions
