Working across the Insurance, Commercial and Public Sector markets, we deliver high-quality repair, refurbishment and maintenance services through our directly employed workforce and approved contractor network. \n Our Public Sector Department partners with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Registered Providers to improve homes and communities through the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, adaptations, compliance works, decarbonisation programmes and property refurbishment services. \n Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Estimator to join our team. \n About the Role: \n As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive and commercially sound pricing submissions across a diverse range of public sector, social housing, commercial and insurance-related projects. \n Typical Project Bids Include; \n \n Responsive repairs and maintenance contracts \n Planned maintenance programmes \n Void property refurbishment contracts \n Housing adaptations and DFG works \n Damp, mould and condensation remediation \n Housing disrepair projects \n Kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes \n Retrofit and decarbonisation projects \n Domestic and Commercial Extensions <£1M \n Domestic and Commercial New Build <£1M \n Academic refurbishment and upgrade projects <£1M \n \n Key Responsibilities and Duties: \n \n Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. \n Develop labour, material and subcontractor costings. \n Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions. \n Provide handover information following contract award. \n \n About you: \n Qualifications and Experience: \n \n Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator. \n Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills. \n Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. \n Full UK Driving Licence. \n \n Benefits: \n \n Competitive salary. \n Performance-related bonus scheme. \n Company car or car allowance. \n Pension scheme. \n 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays. \n Career progression opportunities within a growing business. \Costs Estimator, Estimator, Maintenance Project Estimator, Construction Project Estimator, Operations Coordinator, Construction Estimator, Project Manager Refurbishment Projects Estimator may all be considered. \
