The Opportunity
This role offers a strong mix of corporate tax compliance oversight and high-level advisory work, as well as transactions, restructuring projects and M&A activity.
You'll become a trusted adviser to clients, helping them make informed decisions during key stages of their business lifecycle, from growth and investment through to acquisitions, disposals and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with Partners on strategic advisory assignments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities to expand services
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
- Monitoring legislative changes and advising clients on their potential impact
About You
- Significant experience within corporate tax, gained in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
- Experience delivering advisory projects and technical tax planning assignments
- Exposure to transactions, restructuring work and M&A activity
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification
- A proactive and consultative approach to client service
What's On Offer?

Why Apply?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm where corporate tax is viewed as a strategic advisory function rather than simply a compliance service.
