A high-growth Cambridge-based residential and commercial construction group is looking to recruit into a newly created senior finance role, offering full responsibility for the finance function and direct reporting to the Directors. This opportunity is suited to a proactive, hands-on finance professional who enjoys operating across both day-to-day activities and higher-level strategic input within a growing organisation. - Take ownership of the overall finance function
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
- Lead cashflow planning and ongoing monitoring across group accounts including intercompany transactions
- Develop budgets and support longer-term financial planning
- WIP reporting and performance analysis - track project performance, focusing on margin and cost control
