Westonbirt School is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the school’s HR function. The postholder will advise the SLT on employee relations, performance management, and staff budget while supporting change initiatives and ensuring compliant HR practices.
The role reports to the Head and Finance Director and collaborates with Wishford Group HR teams. Part-time interim role (6-9 months) with three days per week on site, starting as soon as possible.
