Westonbirt School is seeking an ambitious, highly organised and customer-focused Events & Hospitality Manager.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of both school and commercial events across our exceptional setting.
You will act as the central point of contact for all events at the school, responsible for:
Working with multiple departments, you will ensure every event reflects the school's reputation for excellence.

- Driving commercial revenue through venue hire, including weddings, conferences etc

- Experienced in events, hospitality or venue management.
- Commercially minded with business development experience.

Success in this role will be measured through the outstanding delivery of school events, ensuring they are well organised, professionally executed, and meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
Key performance indicators will also include growth in commercial revenue and an increase in repeat commercial bookings, demonstrating the ability to develop and sustain profitable business opportunities.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction will be essential, alongside the successful operation of Saturday hospitality services.
Performance will also be assessed against budget targets, ensuring effective financial management, as well as achieving operational excellence through strong compliance, efficient processes, and adherence to all relevant policies and standards.
Hours: 40 hours per week including every Saturday during term time and regular evening and weekend working. Full time, permanent role. Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 pa.
