Salary and Employment

Annual salary: £26,959 per annum.

Contract type: Fixed Term Appointment, Ends August 2027 (with possibility of extension).

Vacancy closes: 5th July 2026.

Position Overview

Business Support Officer – based in the District office in Pickering, North Yorkshire. You will join a team of six Business Support staff and support diverse daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance in areas such as Health & Safety, training, building management and fleet administration.
  • Support the harvesting function.
  • Provide finance support elements.
  • Eligibility & Selection

Applicants must meet the Nationality Requirements. Understanding of conversation in accurate spoken English is essential (Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
