What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for ensuring that Forestry England buildings and their services meet all legal compliance requirements, including health and safety, environmental, and security regulations and standards. As a key member of the Estates Team you will:
- Oversee building compliance tasks and report to the district’s Building Surveyor
- Ensure properties are safe, efficient and operating as intended
- Act as the link between site teams (operational, administrative and office staff) and the Estates team
- Assist with the let portfolio where required
Where You’ll Work
The role is based in Bellingham, Hexham, Northumberland, but you will travel throughout the North Forest District – from the Scottish borders in the north east to the County Durham border and the Lake District down to the Lancashire border.
